The rules of the TrueOne community: verified humans, honest profiles, respectful conduct — and exactly what gets members removed.

TrueOne exists because dating platforms filled up with people who were not who they claimed to be — or were not people at all. Our guidelines are short because our standard is simple: be real, be honest, be decent. Here is what that means in practice.
Every member completes government-ID and live selfie verification before their profile goes live. Attempting to verify with someone else's documents, synthetic documents, or manipulated media is fraud — it results in permanent removal and, where the law is broken, referral to authorities. One person, one account, always.
Photos must be of you, recent enough to be recognized from across a coffee shop. Your basics — age, name as verified, relationship status — must be true. Heavy filters and AI-altered images that materially change your appearance are not allowed. Aspirational is fine; fictional is not.
No harassment, hate, threats, or degrading conduct — in messages, on profiles, or at events. No means no, and unmatched means goodbye: continuing to pursue someone who has declined interest, on-platform or off, is grounds for removal. Treat every member the way you would want someone treating your best friend on a first date.
TrueOne is for genuine connection. Solicitation, escorting, selling anything, promoting social handles for followers, multi-level recruiting, or requesting money, gifts, financial information, or investments from members — including any crypto “opportunity” — results in immediate permanent removal. Asking a member for money is the single fastest way to be banned.
Do not share other members' photos, messages, personal details, or event attendance outside the platform. Screenshots of private conversations posted publicly, doxxing, or using TrueOne to gather information about someone are serious violations. What happens in your conversations belongs to the two of you.
At TrueOne events, every guest is ID-verified at the door, and the same conduct standards apply in person: respect boundaries, take rejection gracefully, drink responsibly, and let staff know immediately if anything feels wrong. Our events succeed because everyone in the room is real and everyone behaves like it.
Violations are reviewed by humans. Depending on severity, consequences range from warnings to permanent removal; fraud, solicitation of money, threats, and safety violations skip the warnings. Because every account is ID-verified, banned members cannot simply create a new profile — that is the point of TrueOne, and it is why our community stays clean.
